PartnerNET, a dynamically developing company in the distribution area of ICT products, based in Athens, is currently seeking for a professional to cover the following position:
Client Services Representative
Job Description
• Receives and answers incoming calls and emails
• Maintains solid customer relationships by handling and resolving customer questions, complaints and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Ability to multi-task with phone and computer
• Coordinate with other functions and departments in order to reply to customers
• Update customer database systems
• Identify and escalate situations requiring attention
• Ability to efficiently search and decide for the best solution regarding tickets & accommodation for employee trips
Requirements
• University Degree, ideally in IT field or similar
• Technical background
• Previous customer service experience would be considered an asset
• Knowledge of software and hardware
• Fluent in English – verbal and written
• Solid verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone etiquette
• Strong listening skills
